Happy birthday to my m.e.o.w. journal!!! When I first started this publishing adventure, a planner is exactly what I had in mind...for myself! I put so much thought into this one, designing a daily planner that works for me and hopefully for you, too! m.e.o.w. stands for mindful reflections, essential tasks, optional tasks, and wellness tracking.
